Un-used OMET point/point micro-embossing & lamination unit for napkins..

This unit comes from a napkins folder OMET TV503 year 2009, but only the cast iron of the frame is year 2009, because all the other components are completely new:

Steel engraved embossing rollers are new, manufactured by Euroincis (Italy) and installed+phased by Euroincis

all rollers

all bearings

all glue-rollers

all mechanical elements

all electrical plant

all motors

Electrical cabinet is completely new with new Siemens S-7 PLC and software and new Siemens operator's panel

the modem for remote support is included

the refrigerator is refurbished (well, this is not new, actually)

the glue pump is new

The unit can be installed on any modular napkins folder, even better if it has independent motors: the job will be faster and easier.

By "modular" we mean which you can separate the unwind stand of your folder from the rest of the machine, in order to make the needed space to place the point/point unit.

For your information: the similar unit, just coming out from OMET facility, would cost Euro 130-140000

If required, our engineer who is highly skilled on Omet machines can come and do everything (to adjust the electrical cables, to adapt the software of your folder, to start-up and adjust, etcetera).

The extra cost for the installation/start-up, if requested, depends on the actual job to do on the customer's folding machine.
