Exagon Combination Offset, Flexographic and Gravure Press
The Exagon is a unique variable printing press with a print tower with the ability to print offset, flexographic and gravure from the same unit.
The Exagon's excellent offset design enables the use of sleeves and is the only press capable of giving the same quality as metal print cylinders. A 'Quick Change' all electronic system allows the operator to change from offset to flexographic printing in only 3 minutes.
It’s just like having three presses in one!!
The Tower can be offered either as an add-on print unit to your existing press or as a complete packaging press capable of printing any combination of the three printing processes.
The Exagon offers a full range of finishing options from die-cutting labels or cartons, embossing, in-line lamination and foiling, reel to reel, fold or sheet.
In widths ranging from 260mm to 1500mm the unique Exagon process offers unparalleled versatility. Changeovers from one process to another can be achieved in just three minutes
